Exercise and happiness.
Health is everything. If you are fit and healthy you will fell good both inside and outside. There ore some people who want to do recreational and fun sport like jogging or walking in the morning, playing tennis or basket ball or any other sport with friend and have fun, but if you want to look lean and have muscle the best to do is to joint a gym and do work out regularly.
However to be on the safe side it is advisable if you consult to your doctor first before star any exercise program. Physical exercise is very important and beneficial for you to improve and maintain your health from many disease and premature death. Exercise also makes you feel happier and increase your self esteem preventing you from anxiety and depression. Exercise also makes you live longer actively than who doesn’t.
The best exercise regime should include weight training exercise and cardiovascular exercise. This usually increases the muscle by burning more calories. You should do your exercise gradually especially if you don’t have any exercise before. Don’t do too much otherwise you will pull your muscle and have an injury. It need time to improve your endurance, it doest happen within a day or two. Do it step by step and you will good to be as you want.
1. Try to read a book or other reading material to keep your mind sharp.
2. Work no matter what kind it is produce stress. You ca reduce it by doing something special like taking hot bath, watching movie or anything you like.
3. Do something drastically, like stop smoking and quite alcohol. This both substances are known to their bad effect.
4. Finally, start your day with positive thinking. The latest study suggests that exercise make people happier, smiling produce the some effects.
So it is clear now that exercise is very important. You can not find happiness at anywhere, happiness come from inside you. If you want to be happy and healthy, exercise is the answer.
